Injury prevention is the best way to stay in the game.
We can teach you simple things you can do to keep yourself injury free and in the game.
Many times, it's not just physical injuries that sideline an athlete. Mental health, social, emotional issues, and improper nutrition can also be detrimental to an athlete's performance.
Diagnosis & Treatment
Injuries do happen and its how we deal with it that can make all the difference. A quick diagnosis is the first step to recovery.
Getting in to see a Sports Medicine Physician is the first step, which maybe followed by imaging, therapy, bracing, etc.
After game and practice, what an athlete does to recover can be a game changer. We work with our athletes to come up with a plan to make sure their recovery is top notch. This may include, exercises, nutrition, massage, compression, cryotherapy, etc.
Athletes don't just have injuries, but have other medical issues from time to time. We focus on just on athletic issues, but on the individual as a whole, both athletic and non-athletic issues. When athletes aren't at peak health, their performance suffers. We take care of all the Primary Care issues as well as sport specific problems to create a seamless care model for each individual.
